Effective July 1, 2020, section 723.061(1)(d)2., requires that within 20 days after giving an eviction notice to a mobile homeowner, due to a change in use of the park, the park owner must provide a copy of the notice to the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes.
The upload is only for official Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Home Standards and Registration business, specifically, the uploading of change of land use eviction notifications for the DBPR.
